↩️ Free label printing

Amazon returns, without the road trip

Stop driving to Moon Township or Whole Foods to stand in line. Pick the label option on Amazon (no printer needed — we print it free), bring your item to Merchant Street, and we'll pack it and send it back.

How it works

1️⃣

Choose the label option

When Amazon asks how you'll ship it back, scroll past the QR-code choices and pick UPS Drop-Off (not "UPS Store") — the option with a printable label. Amazon will mention needing a box and printer; we've got both covered.

2️⃣

Get us the label

Print it at home, show us the PDF on your phone, or email it to hi@ambridgesc.com — we print labels free.

3️⃣

Bring it in

We pack it, tape it, label it, and send it back — you leave with a receipt and your refund on its way.

Already have a QR code?

We can't scan QR codes — those only work at UPS Stores and Amazon's partner locations (the ones 20+ minutes away). Switching to a label takes about a minute:

  1. In Amazon, open Your Orders, find the item, and click View return/refund status.
  2. Click Cancel return (twice — Amazon double-checks).
  3. Start the return again, and when asked how to ship it back, choose UPS Drop-Off — the option with a printable label.
  4. Print the label, or email it to us and we'll print it free.

If Amazon won't offer a label option, call Amazon at 888-280-4331 and tell them you need a printed label — they'll set it up. Or call us at (412) 259-3646 and we'll help you sort it out.

Returning to a different store? QR codes from other retailers often do work here — we're a UPS Happy Returns Return Bar and a FedEx Easy Returns location. Learn more.

Frequently asked

Which return option should I pick on Amazon?

Choose the mail-in option that comes with a shipping label — it's usually called "UPS Drop-Off" (not "UPS Store"). Amazon will say you need a box and a printer. Don't worry about either: we print your label for free and can pack your item in-store.

Amazon gave me a QR code. Can you take it?

Unfortunately no — QR-code returns can only be scanned at a UPS Store, Whole Foods, or Kohl's. But it's easy to fix: cancel the return in your Amazon account, start it again, and choose the UPS Drop-Off (label) option instead. Stuck? Call us and we'll walk you through it.

I don't have a printer. What do I do?

We'll print your label for free. Choose "email a copy of your label" during the return and send it to hi@ambridgesc.com, or just show us the label PDF on your phone in-store.

What does it cost?

Label printing is free, and Amazon usually covers return shipping. If your item still needs a box or packing, we'll quote the exact cost up front before doing anything.
